Low Income Housing

Low income housing can be a challenge to make work.  As indicated the tenants will have to meet the minimal requirements on income to be able to rent from you.  There is a great demand for this kind of housing.  Just look at the homeless shelters all over the country and you have to conclude that we need more.  I think it would be a good will gesture to pursue building this kind of housing.  Just because you want to help out your felloe man doesn’t make it a good idea.  The tenants will probably tear up the housing faster that you can keep it fixed.  The Foundation for Defense of Democracies
